WAGES SHEETS & ALLOWANCES
CFMEU members enjoy higher wages and better conditions because they’re part of a union that wields collective power in negotiations with employers. Our union stands strong to protect and enhance members’ wages and working conditions. Through our successful bargaining campaigns, we’ve secured fair wages and improved benefits like superannuation, site allowances, redundancy pay, and income protection.
A landmark achievement was in 2000 when this branch won the 36-hour workweek, granting workers an additional 26 paid days off each year.
