Due to there being insufficient nominations for certain offices within the Victoria-Tasmania Divisional Branch in the 2020 scheduled elections, an insufficient nominations election is required in accordance with the rules of the Construction & General Division of the CFMMEU and the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009.
