- We are not required to provide a replacement or refund if you change your mind.
- A replacement or refund request will only be considered in the following circumstances;
- wrong size; or
- faulty product - A replacement or refund request will not be considered under any circumstances after 21 days from the date of purchase.
- Replacement or refund requests will not be accepted if swing tags have been removed from returned item.
- A receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
- A refund request will only be accepted if a replacement is not possible.
- Upon receiving your request for a replacement or refund you will be required to complete a form.
