Replacement and Refund Policy

  1. We are not required to provide a replacement or refund if you change your mind.
  2. A replacement or refund request will only be considered in the following circumstances;
    - wrong size; or
    - faulty product
  3. A replacement or refund request will not be considered under any circumstances after 21 days from the date of purchase.
  4. Replacement or refund requests will not be accepted if swing tags have been removed from returned item.
  5. A receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
  6. A refund request will only be accepted if a replacement is not possible.
  7. Upon receiving your request for a replacement or refund you will be required to complete a form.
  8. Please ask our friendly staff for a copy of this form when inquiring about a replacement or refund.
