Wednesday 25 November 2015 was a very dark day in Western Australia with three tragic, preventable fatalities. The victims were two Irish ceiling fixers both in their 20’s and a 32 year old scaffolder.

A 29 year old man, CFMEU Member Carlos Araujo, has died after being crushed in an incident at the Specialised Concrete Pumping company yard.
The building industry is dangerous, but workplace fatalities are unacceptable.
