Everyone has the right to a workplace free from violence and harassment.

Workplace sexual harassment is not only illegal but a serious workplace health and safety issue.

CFMEU Victoria is committed to preventing gendered violence and harassment; the 25th of November marks the start of ’16 Days of Activism’ against gender-based violence. Although the campaign concludes on the 10th of December, CFMEU Victoria stands against gendered violence 365 days every year.

Together, we can create workplaces built on respect, safety, and equality.

If you witness harassment in the workplace, stand up and speak out! End the silence on gendered violence, on every site and in every home.
