We’re key players on the national stage, but we never lose sight of our local commitment to ensure that every union member in Victoria gets a fair go.

We represent over 37,000 hardworking construction workers. Our mission is clear: to protect lives by enforcing rigorous health and safety standards in this high-risk industry and to improve workers’ lives by fighting for fair wages and conditions.
