Very patchy safety at Patch Apartments in Fitzroy North with Element Five/Vcon boss Andrew Tamsett leading workers under an active concrete boom in what should be an exclusion zone. No safe access/egress means workers are left to jump concrete panels and go under the boom.

This builder just doesn't learn.

After 6 months of EBA negotiations broke down at Cleanaway in Brooklyn, CFMEU Members are taking legal protected action to prevent drastic cuts to their penalty rates and other conditions.

This is difficult to listen to and may be particularly confronting for people who were there or had family at the disastrous West Gate Bridge collapse of 15th October 1970. It is also a story that needs to be told and a tragedy that must never be forgotten.
