Right now, the responsibility to stop sexual harassment is falling on workers. It isn't fair.
Last year, the Sex Discrimination Commissioner made 55 recommendations to the Federal Government that would make work safer and more respectful for everyone. So far, the Government has done diddly squat.
Everyone deserves to be safe at work and safe at home. The Government had the chance to introduce laws that force bosses to take proactive steps to eliminate workplace sexual harassment.
We're calling on the Government to do the right thing and adopt all 55 of the Sex Discrimination Commissioner's recommendations.
