TICKET INFO:
• Tickets are set as a default to one family ticket for up to five members. Pick the option that is closest to your needs. All 5 x tickets will be downloaded into your wallet, however only the ones needed on the day of the event will be scanned.
• Up to 2 x additional children can be selected on top of the family ticket. Pick carefully if you are bringing extra children as you can’t change your mind once you checkout. One transaction per union member.
• Download and save all barcoded digital tickets to your e-wallet and avoid delays and queues on the day of the event.
• CFMEU and PPTEU redeem your tickets online.
• ETU and AMWU members purchase your tickets online.

• DIGITAL tickets downloaded will be accepted at both Metro and Regional Picnics.
• HARD COPY Regional specific tickets WILL NOT be accepted at Metro (Melbourne Showgrounds).
PROOF OF ATTENDANCE, MEAL CARDS & RAFFLE TICKETS:
• Proof of Attendance cards will be distributed upon entry of Picnic event.
• Proof of Attendance cards will have a perforated raffle ticket attached - to be filled out and placed in the barrel for the major draw prize raffle. Must be a financial union member to enter.
• Meal cards (* APPLICABLE TO SHOWGROUNDS ONLY) will be distributed upon entry. Extra meals can now be purchased if you are still hungry. One meal ticket per patron.
TRANSPORT & CAR PARKING:
• Trains will be running to Showgrounds and is highly recommended as choice of transport.
• Limited car parking will be available at both Flemington and Showgrounds for a $25 fee.

• Professional and accredited disabled workers from Ability Plus will be hosting a quiet room with sensory equipment.
