Potential Asbestos in Boral Fire Rated Plasterboard Products

This OHS Alert is to once again highlight and emphasize to all CFMEU OHS Reps not to allow any work on any USG Boral fire rated plasterboard products – until USG Boral supply test results from the vermiculate (used as component of the fire rated products) to comprehensively and scientifically prove that the vermiculite used in the products has not been contaminated with asbestos.
