B.R. Demolition have removed asbestos material illegally, exposing workers and potentially the public to this deadly substance. Where has the asbestos material gone?

WorkSafe confirmed the whole site, the old 3AW building in South Melbourne, had to be treated as an A-Class removal, but that was ignored by Bernie Rafferty and they just went ahead illegally. Will WorkSafe prosecute?
