Due to the current COVID restrictions, it is impossible to put on the much-loved, Building Unions’ Picnics this year.  

However, building workers have worked hard all year, and you have earned the day off and it’s your entitlement to be paid. Given that there is no formal picnic, there won’t be any tickets or proof of attendance required. 

If any employer withholds pay or deducts your pay for Monday 7th December, contact your Union immediately.
